I have to work out portion costings and recipe costs for work, has anyone got any idea of an easy way to do this as I'm at a loss.

Check the recipe. Check how much the ingredients cost. you can do this on any shopping site( You might need to divide each ingredient to the lowest denominator ie cost of a gram) Divide the cost by the number of people the recipe serves...Good luck. The difficult part is not the ingredients but the cost of fuel and staff which add on a huge amount. NO idea how to work those out. Sorry.
You need to find out how much your ingredients cost for a start. Then divide that by the number of portions it makes. I don't know whether you need to add in cooking costs.
