baked potatoe / cheese / tuna / bacon ? any ideas

please just a quick and easy recipe, i have been on utbe but these americans only like to talk and they dont prepare the same food as us, i only want a very quick recipe idea that will consist of either potatoe/cheese and eiither bacon or tuna .

oh, ive also got some garlic, pepper mixed/ italian herbs.

bake a potato, then put cheese in it.

bake the potatoes but before they are ready take them out and scoop all of the potato out just leaving the skins, mash the potato with cheese and then mix in shredded smoked bacon, put back into skins and add grated cheese to the top. Finish off under a grill until cheese and skins have gone crispy!

Serve with a nice salad or my favourite is with baked beans!

thanks danchip have they are nearly done, cooked them in micro for 6 mins, scraped insides out, beat the potatoe and added 1 egg, spring onions, scooped back into skins, added cooked smoky bacon pieces on top with loafs grated cheese.
