What food and drink helps you to feel better during a hangover? Mine are: a cheese and onion crisp sandwich with salad cream and a couple of pints of Ribena or orange barley water (and a couple of paracetamol)!

A fry up, obviously.  I'm vegan but I still love doing the whole ritual, only now it's mostly made of soya.  Beechams Resolve are great too if it's serious.
lots of water with lemon slice , glass of beechams powders , toast when I feel up to it.

Pretty much anything and everything.

Yesterday for example I have a bacon buttie with brown sauce, copious amounts of tea, a cheese and onion omlette, and in between I mostly ate crap consisting of crisps and chocolate.

On a hangover day I can generally scoff a week's worth of calories in one day.

I forgot to mention French Fancy cakes! Funny what alcohol does to you, isn't it?!!
Irn-bru to drink, and 3 scrambled egg, cheese and baked bean rolls- lovely!
a nice bacon roll in the morning and a chinese at night, sometimes if im too hungover I cant eat anything but if i'm mildly hungover then its snacks all day, dominos double decadence pizza does the trick also.
Maccy d's strawberry milkshake, or another beer

2 paracetamol

salt and pepper crisps

cup of tea with sugar

coke

Wispy68 does smudge know you drink???  The only thing for me is a cold curry - mmm

Or cold pizza.........Mmmmmmm

netibiza, she most certainly does!! I'd forgotten about the cold curry thing. Haven't done that for ages, but I do remember it being a good 'cure'.

As others have said, I'd go for the big lardy fry up and half a pint of hot, sweet tea.

Then throughout the day I find drinking flat Coke/Pepsi to be the best re-hydrator.

water by the bucket load and carbohydrates by the truck load!!!

Super noodles

Salt n Vingegar McCoys

mmmmm

Not just any super noodles Eeeek!  It has to be Chicken flavour!

Also some chicken flavour Walkers crisps - (I seem to have chicken cravings when hungover as you can tell!!)

Drink wise - probably a large white wine spritzer!

lucozade!
Marmite on Toast with lashings and lashings of butter

For sure you have to "eat" a hangover out of you!

Has to be a full fry up - it'll either make or break you!!

Loads of "full fat" Coke and Heinz Tomato soup with chunks of cheese in, lots of black pepper, parsley and buttered soldiers .  tomato soup is definitely my comfort food!!

Along with that, I "graze" all day - whatever takes my fancy!! And possibly pop some pills, but I try and avoid these at all costs - after all, gotta watch my liver!! ; )

a bloody mary with an italian hoagie
