Had to pop to Tesco's to get some dog food. Had a quick look round and got a cooked chicken for 38p and five loaves of bread for under £1. :-)

Hahaha.. its already in there. Can't pass those sort of prices by.
My wife gets fed up with my bulk buying. Currently storing about 20 six-packs of dog food at £5 for 2 (normally £3.25 each). Also about twenty 100g jars of Carte Noir coffee at £2 each (200g jar is £5.98). Both deals at Waitrose (finished now I think). This is not an impulse buy. We do get thorugh a lot of both.

Wouldn't touch Tesco with a bargepole full stop!
What's wrong with Tesco?
Greedy, manipulative and their ethics stink.
Oh. I see. Good bargaind tho mumsie
Just been to buy some dishwasher tabs. Waitrose had a fantastic deal on Finish powerball. Half price at £5.10 for 39. ie 13p each. Coop were selling them at their normal price £3.49 for 26. ie 13p each!
And Holland and Barrett have a brilliant deal on gluten free muesli. £1 off a kilo bag at £4.39. What they failed to mention was that they had just put the price up by £1. Since it is only coeliacs who buy it do they think we would be taken in by this?
