I have a packet of sausage meat in the freezer left over from xmas, any suggestions on how I could turn it ito a tasty meal for 2 without having to venture out on such a wet & windy day.

Roll into small meatballs, mix with herbs. Dust with flour and fry off. Add cream and keep warm.Boil up some pasta and mix the meatballs through the pasta

add chopped veg, seasoning , eg garlic. chilli, rosemary. cook in the oven.

Meatloaf:- 1 egg, cup o plain flour, large onion(softened),1lb sausage meat all mixed together, roll in breadcrumbs cook 180 C for 1 hour
