Jamie cooking sprouts

a week or so ago i saw Jamie oliver cooking sprouts, he sliced them and cooked them in a frying pan, the result looked good , but i had company at the time so turned the sound off, now i would like to know what else he put with them, so hope one of you good folk can help with the recipe please.

We didn't follow jamie's recipe, but at Christmas we quartered our sprouts, and stirfried them with pancetta and crumbled chestnuts.

Shred them and cook with pancetta, salt & pepper and a dash of cream.

Like ummmm and add chopped hazlenuts, yummie and I didn't like sprouts before

I just like them any old way, except overcooked and mushy!!!!

I agree LL. love them but they still need to be quite firm, I cant eat them mushy!!

yes thats the one, thanks everyone, we have so many sprouts in the garden i was getting fed up with them, but now the whole family can try this and use them up, i hate waste and some of the sprouts are huge so this will be the ideal way.
