The good food was a slice of pizza left over from last night and reheated for lunch.

The bad food is the piece of pork tenderloin that I've taken out the freezer for tonights dinner only to find it has mega freezer burn because it wasn't wrapped properly. Hopefully the questionable appearance will get lost in the sweet and sour sauce.

It got me thinking though.....this week we have had Malaysian, Thai, Italian, and American meals. Do you like to eat and cook food from other countries or do you prefer to stay true to good British classics?

I go purely for the taste and texture - I don't really care about my food's national identity.

I mostly love to eat thai, indian, spicy aromatic foods and everything I cook ends up with tabasco on it! When hubby cooks, he is more traditional meat, potato, 2 veg. I still enjoy it a lot (I love any food TBH!), but when Im cooking its all about the herbs & spices.
