i have some diced venison in the freezer, any ideas?

any ideas what i can do with it without taking away the flavour? im not into thyme for example.

once of the nicest curries i;ve ever had was venision curry

Flour it and brown it put in a casserole dish with some shallots and a little garlic make a basic veg stock and add to the meat just to cover it and add about 3 tablespoons of port cook for about 3 hours in a low oven then top with sliced boiled potatoes brush with butter hot oven for 20 mins like a hotpot only richer
