A very mild cheddar, edam maybe.
Cheshire Cheese can be quite mild...mmm..with a little salty taste to it..
Morrisons 'Basic Value' mild chedder
or a block of soap there is very little diffrence.
Cheshire or maybe Wensledale!.....both are mild and creamy!......
Whereas my local butcher used to sell "Dave Cox's Sweaty Sox Cheddar" - you didn't need a carrier bag, the damn stuff would walk home on its own

i suppose by 'mild' i mean least cheesy tasting, bland ....

Iceland do a £1 block of cheese that doesn't have much taste
I find Emmenthal and Gruyere mild to the point of bland.
cathedral city, rubbery and horrible.
gruyere is lovely, it has a slightly nutty flavour, you just have to savour it, no point using it for a sandwich, but with a wafer biscuit, it's rather expensive though
