surely the 'guess the flavour' crisps have to have the ingredients on the packet?

Yes, but 'flavourings' doesn't tell you much!
The packet I've got - bag C - says "Mystery Spicy Seasonings" in the ingredients - it's a wonder that they get away with that!
What's more to the point has anyone worked out what they are yet
we are undecided
Just finished eating a pack of flavour B, no idea what it is but they taste nice. I think one may be cream cheese and chive, although considering that none of the flavours taste exactly like their name it could be anything.
Question Author
but what if you are allergic to one of those mystery spices?
I think they will just name them by the most guesses. It is quite clever if you think about it.
Most flavorings are produced in the science lab nowadays and contain little of the "real" ingrediants.
If you are allergic to something and not sure if it is contained in a product don't eat it, simple.
Question Author
well of course. I was using it as an example. Most people would glance at ingredients to see what they are allergic to isnt on there. I would have thought it was illegal not to state because of that
Remember these?

There was no hedgehog or squirrel in them.
Was it red or grey?
Ive tried 2 of the flavours and not worked out what the 2 are.
Ive tried 4 different ones now and cannot tell what they are. Ive only eaten 1 or two from each bag though, so perhaps Im not eating enough to tell. (my OH and my diet wont let me) :>(
