Do you deep fry at home?
I dont have a deep fat fryer but i love chicken goujons in restaurants. I nearly got some in asda today but though if i oven cooked them theyd be no where near as crispy as i like them (mmmm)
And ive never deep fried using a pan or frying pan x

For all other I use supermerket veg oil. But as I say I don't deep fry that often now. I just made some crispy potato wedges with Cajun spice in the oven, for a treat. A little mayo and sod the weight police.
