Mini versions of classic foods- update
22 Answers
Yesterday I "made" some mini sauasges, they were very tasty, even though they were only about 3/4 of an inch long !
I de-skinned some thawed out frozen sausages, pulled them apart and rolled them into mini sausage shapes.
They fry up just the same as a larger sausage, a lot quicker though.
All that they needed then was a dollop of mash and a half teaspoon of gravy.
Lovely !

I have my four year old daughter down for a couple of days over easter.
She loves food but is not a big eater, eyes bigger than her belly etc.
I' m gonna make a load of small meals so we can pick and choose what we want and still have a meal but not get too full up.
