Anyone know where i can buy this? Also is it in powder form or a kind of purée?
Tried Asda and Tesco with no luck.

Discovery make a chipotle paste and you can find chipotle sauce in the chilli sauce area of most supermarkets. I found it in Waitrose

Waitrose sell the paste,that's the link I gave you. You should be able to find their products in any supermarket in the Mexican aisle
