I suppose I can always make ice cream.
Yep, Barmaid's right, give it a whip first. I made the mstake of freezing an unwhipped carton and it was awful, a whipped one turned out fine, needed another whipping though if I remember rightly.
We can help you eat it : )
I haven't tried- but thought I'd heard lightly whip and freeze as cubes
I freeze cartons of double cream having given the cartons a good shaking first. They defreeze slightly thickbut I use them in cooking.

I'll fetch the Waskey : )
Prefer whiskey shooty x
If you put it into a lidded container, and shake it around for a while, then it will turn into butter, pour off the whey, rinse the butter, and make some toast!!!
The Waskey is the whiskey with the Irish accent Sibers : )
A double Waskey 'n' waiter, Easy on the waiter : )
