Im a bit of a ice cream-aholic, now I can eat any ice cream except McDonalds icecream as it gives me a dreadful ice cream headache/brain-freeze, why is this?
i think and this is in no way supported by any scientific evidence, but as an eater of all things ice creamy, i would guess as its runnier than most icecreams you can it more of it quickly therefore giving you brain freeze, your normal frozen stuff you have to work at a bit more so it slows you down.
i get braing freeze with slushies as i drink them too quick!
we went to an ice-cream shop in Holland a few years ago and they had every kind of ice-cream you could think off - including bright blue smurf flavour.....so what did we have???? 4 vanilla cones!!!
I agree with Mccfluff as well but saying that I have eaten many types of whipped ice cream without the problem. Those slush puppy things do the same to me!
