Assuming it is a fondant recipe you want I suggest you try St Delia's

Making fondants and getting the melting centre is difficult because there are so many variables; size of dariole mould, temperature of mixture, actual temperature of oven (which isn't necessarily what it says on the dial). Delia addresses most of these with the exception of oven temp variation.
Humbersloop, if you are slinking away to the supermarket try the Gu choc puds, they are good, and often appear in my basket when on offer!
