Weightwatchers soup recipe
1 Answers
A couple of years ago i got a lovely recipe from Weight Watchers which I have lost, and would like to know if anyone out there has it.
It was originally in a weight watchers booklet and it was for soup, and contained ingredients such as carrot, tinned tomatoes, corgettes etc.

1 can of tomatoes,
4 carrots, cubed,
2 courgettes, cubed,
1 onion, chopped
1/2 pint vegetable stock
(any other vegetables can be added to alter the flavour, but this is the original and basic recipe)
Put all in a pan and simmer for 20 mins. For a smooth soup blend it all, for a chunky soup, only blend half.
Hope this helps :-)
