I am in two minds whether this is the right group or not apologies if not. A friend has purchased a wine bar and he wants me to prepare batches of different foods to sell at the bar. Is it OK to make this at home for consumption at the wine bar? I think my kitchen has to be inspected by health and safety as well as well as the bar. If so what regulations have I got to follow to do cooking at home rather than there?
