Miso soup at Yo Sushi
5 Answers
I love their miso soup. and have tried every miso soup pack I could find, but none of them is anything like as yummy.
Does anyone know where I can get the real thing, or the secret of making up the packs?

Alternatively are you near any oriental supermarkets, quite a few in Chinatown in Manchester near me and Japanese deli (Samsi), they may have more authentic packet mixes or even some already made up or could give you some tips on how to make it?

Ah, they have it in Waterstones so if you have one of those near you could go and have a flick through:

Looks like they do it as an e-book too.

Thanks, Jenna - I'll check that book out.
From this video, it seems really simple - it's a matter of getting the correct ingredients.

The all in one miso soup mixes are probably like packet soups compared to the real thing - i realise now.
We can get japanese foodstuffs in Manchester - I'll ask for their advice.
