Grilled Goat’s Cheese & Crouton Salad and Fish and Chips.... im not a big seafood fan lol
Starters
Loch Fyne® Smoked Ashet
Platter of Bradan Rost (kiln roasted salmon fillet), Kinglas Fillet (sashimi style)
and Loch Fyne Smoked Salmon
Or
Crayfish and Mango Cocktail

Main Course
Seared King Scallops in the Shell
or
Spring green & pancetta fricassée, mash, white wine & crème fraîche sauce
Lobster Frites
Whole-baked Canadian lobster, garlic butter, French fries, mayonnaise
a dozen oysters and the Lobster please, a bottle of Awatere Pass Sauvignon Blanc, and where are the desserts? but maybe some cheese first with the Clos d'Oratoire to accompany it..
It's all a bit posh for me, do they do steak and chips ?

I'd go with a party and make everyone order something different lol
I'd go for the a la carte menu and have potted mackeral, the platter for one, as I coudn't choose which seafood to have, and then creme brulee.
Last time I was there I had :

Tempura Battered Squid with Chilli jam

Poached Loch Fyne Smoked Haddock
Colcannon mash, mustard & crème fraîche sauce, soft poached egg

very lovely it was too :+)
They do rib-eye Tony.
Love Loch Fyne, but we're boycotting the one in Woburn @ the moment as the last time we went the service was cr*p!

I love the food at loch fyne, we have one in York and go on a regular basis.
Yes - the chips are very good - even if they do feel the need to serve them in a rather poncy little bucket :)

Just found one in Covent Garden. Never been before but I love fish and seafood and this looks like the place to go.
