I saw this on River cottage. Has anyone got a recipee for this at all please? Also where does one get fresh broad beans? Will tinned ones do?

It's also been done with a soft mild goats cheese.
Don't use tinned broad beans. They'll be in season very soon, if they're not about already.

You're unlikely to find any smoked cheese suitable, they smoked their own in the programme.
Feta is usually sheeps milk although sometimes it has goats cheese in it too, it would work though if it is all you can find.
You shouldn't have any trouble finding a soft, crumbly goats cheese though.
If you can't find fresh then frozen will be better than tinned.
