oh no, inlaws coming for 2 nights now, that means ive got to make 2 desserts, already planned on making crumble for sunday, what else can i make? father in law doesnt like creamy things or custard, got to be careful with his heart.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.mmm, dont really want to do just fruit not even with ice cream, and dont want to do pastry though definitely want to try and make that one day mojo. tiramisu and profiteroles would be good but of course got cream in them, i remember father in law liked a tiramisu once that was more like a cake, they used to sell it in aldi but it is no more alas, im stumped.
Have you got time to get something from Waitrose/M&S and pass it off as your own? If not, how about this? Yummy, easy to make, and not too creamy.
