I hate it, partner loves it and now....toddler seems a big fan of it too, so I can't escape it, and often end up smeared with the vile stuff!!!

I love it, the bf hates it and refuses to kiss me after I've eaten it. It's really good for vegans too as it's fortified with vitamin B12 which we don't get much of elsewhere.  Although I do think vegemite is a bit easier to spread - less gloopy.

I love it, especially on hot thick buttery toast, or crumpets.

However, it does give me terrible acid !

LOVE IT!  But i have eyes bigger than my stomach for it! I always spread it on too thickly and feel sick at the end.  I've got cravings now though!!!

Love it when I eat it, which isn't very often, but when I have toast it's there.

funkychicken, I used to love marmite twiglets as well (not keen on the other twiglets), but I couldn't find them anywhere for a while so gave up searching. Where can I get them?

Husband hates it, kids love it, dog loves it ...

Silly moo, do you get Vegemite? It's original name was "Parwill" which they thought was clever (Marmite, but Parwill) needless to say it was a flop and was renamed.

Sings "we're happy little vege-mites as happy as can be, we all enjoy our vegemite for breakfast lunch and tea..." Like vegemite lots, but only on toast.

Marmite is yummy spread thinly on hot buttered brown toast. It's also nice on cheese sandwiches. Starbucks have started doing a toasted cheese & marmite panini in the mornings - bliss!

I have never tasted it, although I do like the Marmite crisps.

My hubby likes it and my 2 1/2 year old daughter loves it on toast for breakfast......

By the way - how do I embolden or alter the colour of my text on here???

Otrere, just below "Type your answer here" and above the white box there should a small tool bar with B for bold I for italic etc and a blue A. Click on the A and it will display a small colour grid. There are also the usual centreing and bullets etc. However depending on which server you're using it doesn't always show. I can't do this at home for instance.

Nightmare - I haven't got that tool bar and I only have internet access at home :o(

Vegemite is better once you get used to it, but nothing beats Promite - super-sweet but addictive. Apparently these spreads are the bi-product of making beer...?
