Apparently us Danes to this to perfection :0) This is the traditional christmas pork roast.

I haven't tried this one, but if it isn't good enough, I could be pursuaded to translate some of the good old recipes or ask my dad, if this isn't good enough. If you're looking for something else entirely, try this anyway as it's great :0)

Ooops, I think I forgot was I writing when I came to the end of the sentence. Hope  you understand what I mean anyway :0)
Haven't tried the Danish method but it looks good. Always followed Delia here. The skin/fat should be as dry as poosible. Score it deeply with a sharp knife. Rub in lots of salt and roast. High in salt and fat but good crackling cannot be beaten - crunchy but melts in the mouth and that taste......

Thanks Kaktus and Gef, I meant to click three stars not two! Well I might give the Danish version a go Kaktus although I did laugh at "scum of the fat".
LOL - I hadn't seen that! under the recipe name it says "Pork roast, good" in Danish, I think these people might have a problem with language in general :0D
