Pork tenderloin wrapped in parma ham with a roasted pepper sauce, runner bean, apple & fennel salad with walnuts and new potatoes from the garden.

I've just had herby baked scallops. They were fantastic.

For main I'm having salmon fillet with a champ sauce (potato puree type thing) and broccoli.
