A Daniel Fast - anyone tried one

That kind of Diet would not suit me gordie, like my Meat and 2 Veg too much !! :-)

Blimey! I just read a couple of lines about what this diet comprises according to what the prophets ate - ie vegetables, fruit and water - I don't think it will be too difficult to 'pass' through the eye of a needle after a day or so on this one!
