Watching masterchef australia...

Uuuh looks so tasty!

Layers of choco mousse/caramel moussey things (i missed the start)

With a thin choco disc on top...BUT they made a "tunnel" down the layers..

And when the hot choc sauce is poured on top in the middle it melts through the disc and runs down the centre! MMMMMMMM good idea xx
