What to have with a mushroom risotto

I've got as far as pork, which means shopping, or there's some smoked haddock in the freezer. Ideas?

I think poaced smoked salmon would go very nicely with mushroom risotto.

I agree with Maidup. Peppery rocket with toasted pine nuts or pumpkin seeds and a nice lemon dressing with black pepper to bring out the mushroom flavours. dtc
