Do brussels sprouts freeze well as I've frozen broccoli before and it came out mushy. If they can be frozen should they be peeled then frozen or freeze them whole then peel when thawed?

You might need to blanch them first.
Do ant preparation that you need to do before freezing them. Blanch them to keep the colour, then cook from frozen (or freeze them then throw them away, I loath the things lol)
arrrgh "any" ants play no part in the cooking or prep process.
Brussel sprouts keep well over winter in the garden so pick as you need.
I've seen them frozen in the supermarket, so it must be possible.
