Tonight my dinner was delicious. I had a day off work, so decided to potter about round the shops, bought a lovely leg of lamb that I got the butcher to chop into chunks for me. Came home, douced the lamb with flour, browned it in a hot over with a little olive oil, sauted a small onion, 2 celery sticks and 2 carrots... added 1/2 bottle of red wine, 1/2 bottle of beef stock... 3 tea spoons of Rosemary, and brought the whole pot the boil... then emptied it into a casserole dish and oven again!

Yes dinner was Yummy!!! The lamb was flakes... I also made Djon Mustard mashed tatties toooooooooooooo.... was proper lush!!! And the remaining 1/2 bottle of wine is going down a treat too. Happy days <3
