Well I shall be heading home soon and have decided to go with Moussaka this evening. I've picked up some delicious sounding Lebanese wine, a verdict of which will be given on next Thursday's WOTW.

And for China and other Yellow Tail fans, Waitrose have the full range of YT wines on offer at £5.99 right now.

What's cooking at your's today?

We are having the rest of last night's chinese re-heated.
I'm going to the parentals today, we are having antipasto for starter, beef welly, roasties, brocolli, roasted peppers and horseradish cream for main and I have made a pear and frangipane tart for dessert.
Roast gammon, mashed potatoes and cauliflower cheese.
Nobody home so will just have a snack, all alone : ( lol
well i managed to get it together to put the beef on, although i nearly lost it when i deglazed the pan with red wine...

its now sitting in the slow cooker and we are both ignoring each other. if i recover enough, beef in red wine with mash and green beans. however i suspect it will be toast and tea... (maybe scrambled eggs if i feel daring enough)
Fluff you are a fluffing disgrace
We are having Crevette starters and then the main of Monkfish and grilled Squid with new potatoes and asparagus... Yummy.
Down the pub as usual...
I'm off with Mark then : )
Me too!

Roast beef, roast potatoes, parsnip and mushrooms, steamed broccoli, cauli, carrots and peas, Yorshire pudding. Then apple crumble and home made custard. Proper autumn comfort food. Washed down with bottle of merlot. Just waiting for the Yorkies to rise.
home alone.

Fgt, do you glaze the gammon first?

Grand idea, Mark.

Vodka, I don't really do desserts but that sounds yummy.

J'adore afternoon tea, Kate. Lovely little finger sarnies and dinky cakes.

Woman after my own heart, BM. I always save a little takeaway for the next day.

Snack and wine if I were you, Smow.

Try not to give our nation a bad name, Mick.
