There is another one, more of a formal restaurant, but I can't remember the name, it's a man's name if my memory serves me right.

David Bann in Edinburgh is classed as vegetarian but they offer a few vegan dishes. Their food is gorgeous.

There's an excellent vegan and veggie restaurant in St Mary's Street off the Royal Mile. Can't remember the name of it though. The food is terrific. It's only a short street so it should be easy to find.

Thank you all - daughter and SIL are going to Edinburgh after Christmas so we thought we'd get them a meal voucher for a treat.
