Have just discovered a large trout in the freezer - think I put it in there about April/May - any idea if it's still okay to eat? thank you

Fine to eat. The texture may have been affected by the freezing though.
I'm sure it'll be fine. I've got things in my freezer from long before that. I should really use them. Thanks for reminding me.
