I'm making a cheesecake today. For the base I am going to use either digestive or ginger nut biscuits. However, I am contemplating adding some cinnamon powder to the base. I am just wondering how much I should add to make it noticeable but also palatable. There is about 300g of biscuit and 100g butter in the base.

I wouldn't bother if I were you. Cinnamon always overpowers all other flavours.
You can just use a pinch of cinnamon, it's quite powerful so you don't need much. :)
I wouldn't. not with gingernut - we've had a very similar conversation with you before! http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Food-and-Drink/Question1196839.html
