Where is it then. I am waiting with my tin of corned beef at the ready, my slow cooker out and my breath bated. I need it in time for my dinner tonight so get a move on.

Here's my recipe 2 large onions,4 tbs olive oil,8oz corned beef,1lb boiled potatoes,, dash of Worcester sauce,salt and pepper.fry onions till soft and golden,cube pots add to onions in a large bow,l chunk the beef,combine everything together,season,dash of sauce,put mixture into a fryingpan and flatten cook gently for 5 mins turn over and repeat.

Got that owd. Sounds delicious, I am definitely going to do it for this evening's meal. But where does the slow cooker come in? Not that I mind I am going to do it anyway.

masma, I have a 12 quid Tesco slow cooker. Exactly same as the 9 quid version we bought for youngest daughter last year. She said. I hope it isnt a slow cooker. Within a week entirely converted and uses it nearly every day!

Me too Chris. I have just finished eating Owd's recipe and that was delish so I will not be trying this one for a couple of days. I have printed it same as grasscarp. Seems so easy, just sling all the ingredients in and leave them to get on with it.
