Hello does any body know what chemicals are used in chocolate

In what way... chocolate may have some emulsifiers and flavourings but can be a natural product all ingredients will be on the labels

which chocolate made by whom and where?

Theobromine and caffeine

but don't they occur naturally in the pure cocoa so they are not used in chocolate but are there anyway
