Made Prawns Tonight

Do e with noodles on a creamy spicy tomato sauce. The prawns were grey when i bought them, i defrosted overnight and intend to cook the, through this sauce for tea tonight. Question is i have made too much. Can i reheat this in micro tomorrow for my lunch at work?

The prawns were grey (and fresh) when i bought them, i froze them when i got home, defrosted overnight last night in fridge......

I wouldn't...have them cold.

I would, as long as there piping hot when they come out of the microwave.

I would have them, but cold. Twice cooked prawns are horrid.

I would give them a very short period of time in microwave tomorrow (maybe 45 seconds) for lunch to make them hot, or eat cold. I

Like Lynda says, they won't taste that good and will have a horrible rubbery texture. They'd be safe enough if you nuked them in the microwave, but personally I'd have them cold.
