what shall I do for tonights dinner? Hot pot? Curry? Tagine? Want something with a bit of oomph, not just a casserole. I've got plenty of herbs and spices. Any got ant ideas?

That's the recipe I have Eccles, except mine is attributed to Claudia Roden in her Middle Eastern Cookery i have got everything, even the preserved lemons. I have cous cous too. xx
