I will say duck or perhaps grouse (if properly cooked)

and I do enjoy Cheese - vacherin, camembert, cendré goats cheese, Cashel blue, Fourme d'Ambert, Nevat Pujol, Gorgonzola and so on.

Secsee I had to google Buccinum undatum to see what it is you like. It is whelks to save anybody else having to do the same! I have never tried one.
