Supermarkets sell it. I know you are in France so the lay out may be different but here you'll find gelatine amongst the cake making mallarkey.
As EC says, all big supermarkets (and even most local Co-op food stores) sell it.

Waitrose
My co-op has given up carrying loads of stuff. When asked why was told, "Because of them across the road." Meaning Tesco Express. Funnily Tesco Express do not carry any of these products.
I've just noticed EC's reference to you being in France. You're looking for 'Gélatine alimentaire en poudre', which is available in Auchan. Intermarche and Carrefour (among others):

thanks. we did have a look where all the cake making stuff was but no luck. How does it come? in crystals, powder or a jelly substance?

buenchicko there is a auchan 5 mins away! will try there next then
Tesco at the baking section.
Buen, look up leaf gelatine as using powder can be a bit tricky for the novice.

Feuille???
Oops a bit late.

You should be able to find gelatine amongst the cake making stuff and it should be obvious as 'gelatine' is pretty international. Do look for leaf gelatine rather than powder.
