So I've got all these tins of ravioli.

(I know, I know ... don't even ask!)

#seemedlikeagoodidea

I've just microwaved some, and tried to make it a bit more interesting with some black pepper and chilli seeds. But it just tasted like hot, but still bland, ravioli.

Is there anything I can do with it?

Grate some cheese over it and put it back in until the cheese melts.

On toast with pepper and parmesan - still rubbish but at least its then edible.

I hadn't thought of parmesan.

=0)

Just thrown it to the Seagulls and have some foie gras ;o)

Well, given the choice, mazie ...
I know, Fava beans etc
Nooooo, tinned ravioli? That's as bad as tinned meatballs or hotdogs. Best way to serve it is straight into the dog bowl
I can't believe how many food snobs there are!!!
Question Author
Fluff ...

The lasagne recipe included that tricky word ... "bake"

Which I have looked up, and it means ...

"cook until dry, and black around the edge of the dish"
I'm not a food snob, I eat most things but can't stand tinned Ravioli..It's sort of slimy..

I agree with mazie, it's like eating slimy slugs.
don't say slimy *shudders*

it's not food snobbery its taste - they taste disgusting

JJ- you could do it on a sort of smaller scale just layer up the ravs with a piece of cheese inbetween each one then nuke it and see what happens....

LOL

Look guys ... tinned ravioli is not my luncheon dish of choice.

But ... I've got a load of it in the cupboard, and it goes in the ding machine, so ...

It's not going down the loo, or out for the seagulls, or in the dog bowl.

Apart from anything else ... I don't have a dog!

Seriously, Fluff?

I've never known anyone dislike the word "slimy".

Well, until now, obviously.
its slimy..... arghhhhhhhh makes me think of slugs and mushrooms
Well, I hope you have a bottle of Gin to wash the stuff down with jj

Which is totally fine. On Twitter. Where they actually do something.

But they also draw attention to little pertinent thoughts.
