I couldn't beat pork like my mother cooked yesterday (or how she taught me to cook) but we do eat a lot of bacon or cured meat. Chicken, we eat a lot of in all forms and some days I just love a roast chicken with crispy skin. However, with beef, I like a fillet au gratin with wild mushrooms.
