Boring Leg Of Lamb
8 Answers
got a beautiful leg of lamb today, but i'm fancying a slow cooked morrocan flavour. I have only done this with pieces of lamb, but don't really want to spend time dicing the meat. Can i do it whole?

Never tried any of these. Personally I only eat chicken, and will often buy a ready made moroccan paste/ spice mix and follow the instructions to the letter. These kinds of "recipes" mixes have always turned out very well for me. Though if you're doing lamb I would see if any people have left any reviews on any of these recipes above.
Good luck. Mitchell
