Who Has A Pudding?
42 Answers
Just wondered, who generally always has a pudding after their evening meal? I noticed that on other threads a lot of puddings are listed when people say what they are having for dinner, but we never have one.
My son might grab an ice-cream from the freezer, or a yoghurt, but thats about it.
So who regularly makes a pudding, and is it a big part of your meal for you?

He came home on Tuesday and asked if I can make him an "alcoholic bread and butter pud" which I was meant to do tonight but I've been too busy. Unfortunately, we are clean out of puds today and I cba to make one either.
I do mostly. But ice cream, yoghurts, and fruit don't count as a pudding in my book.
I was born in 1953 and all the puddings of my youth came with custard and stuck to the sides on the way down. If I had to choose between Apple pie, Apple and Blackberry pie, Rhubarb Pie and Cherry Pie, I would have to have a small piece of each !
My Mum made all her own of course, plus a wicked Lemon Meringue Pie But laziness these days means that mostly they come from the freezer. Can I recommend Aldi's fruit strudels ? Delicious !
I still make my own custard though.
