Back in the 70's we used to have something on our puddings that we called jungle juice , a kind of light pink sticky liquid that we poured over sponge .Does anyone remember this ,and know what exactly it is?

ick.. I think we had that stuff on semolina. we used to call is syrup. I suspect it's some kind of poison.

definately wasn't pink custard Mojo looks more like the rose hip syrup Thank you.
it was just a syrup, like those you can buy for topping ice cream.
