What's For Lunch/dinner Today?

Sirloin of beef, roast potatoes and parsnips, new potatoes, cauli and broccoli florets, Chantanay carrots and petit pois, gravy, horseradish sauce
Found some hot cross buns that should have been eaten by last Friday, checked them over they were fine except for being a little dry so I've made a bread and butter pudding with them adding extra fruit and spice, and a creamy eggy custard - the men will see that off, my daughter and me will have a bought M&S individual tarte au citron, and for tonights supper I've made a Calypso Coffee cake (With Tia Maria)

I'd never cheat at scrabble, but I love being banker at monopoly. For some reason, I always win (one for you, ten for me, two for you, twenty for me....!)

Hubby just had Aldi Lamb Shanks in Rosemary & Mint Sauce. Cooked them from defrost in oven(Can boil) & they fell off the bone. Did mustard mash,green beans & carrots, he said they were delicious! I had steak.
