Three types of melon, iced with ginger mint
pork tenderloin wrapped in pancetta, and sage leaves, served wih baby new potatoes and wilted greens, with light Calvados (apple brandy) cream sauce.
Light as a feather tatrte au citron served with fresh raspberries and whipped cream.

I picked up pork mince instead of beef mince. Any recipes please?

Cupid - add sage, (or mixed herbs) finely diced shallots or onion, garlic, black pepper, little salt, mix well - Swedish meatballs - you can also add sausage meat and breadcrumbs - form into balls the size of walnuts and cook in the oven for about 45 mins (gas4 180/350 turning frequently till cooked. Serve with pasta/noodles tomato ragu/ potatoes and onion gravy

im having pork chops and everyone else is having fish, I will be dealing with the fish whilst wearing a protective mask, there will be no touching of the fish (fesh if you are scottish) :s
