Cupid - add sage, (or mixed herbs) finely diced shallots or onion, garlic, black pepper, little salt, mix well - Swedish meatballs - you can also add sausage meat and breadcrumbs - form into balls the size of walnuts and cook in the oven for about 45 mins (gas4 180/350 turning frequently till cooked. Serve with pasta/noodles tomato ragu/ potatoes and onion gravy
