I fancy making some fudge but, whilst I think it looks like it must be easy, I can't help thinking that there must be a trick to it. Anyone got any tips? (I still have the mental scars from the chocolate bowls that looked 'easy'). Thanks.

It is easy, but you have to stir like crazy for 20 minutes non-stop or it will burn.
And I mean Non-Stop. Until your wrist is dropping off

Might have to leave it then, my cooker is rubbish (the rings seem to work on average heat system that they have invented by themselves - put one on medium and it alternated between super hot to can't be bothered).
I'd just buy it, sherr :-)
Trouble with home-made fudge it that is so irresistible that you will guzzle it all as soon as it cools. There should be a law against it.
Try this one it's made with digestive biscuits, used to make it all the time for the kids and coffee mornings, goes down a treat and so much easier than the other fudge.
