i was a waiter in a resteraunt recently and i was asked to sign for poultry and fish products from the supplier by my boss, unknowingly i signed for them could i get into trouble for this.

No your fine. You would have just signed an invoice to say that you recieved the goods and that they were fine. It realy for the supplier so if your boss disputes the amount and quality of goods they can say that they were checked on delivery and everything was ok. Also that they have proof that the items were delivered so they can charge the restaurant for the goods.
