Iceland Peppery Rocket

I'm about to use rocket instead of my usual lettuce, never tried it before.
I have washed and drained it and wonder what you may use to toss some flavour into it? Dont usually toss it in anything. Thanks Abers x

Any usual salad dressing - but rocket does have a taste of it's own - so don't overdo it.

Any normal home-made French dressing - not the ghastly commercial bottled stuff. If you can't be bothered to make dressing, just drizzle extra-virgin olive oil over it.

Rocket has a strong taste of it's own , not everyone likes it , try it and see before you put anything on it. Ordinary lettuce is very bland by comparison.

If its a new ingredient and can be tasted uncooked, its a good idea to taste a bit without any seasoning or dressing before doing anything with it.
